Current masters student at the University of Southern California, pursuing a M.S. in Computer Science with a specialization in game development. Ever since I was young I've always been interested in how technology can influence our everyday lives. I quickly found that the technology created many forms of entertainment from social media to video games. In elementary school I had already started learning some basics of game development. This experience led to my interest in computer science and eventually led me to receiving my B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Now I am returning to my original passion of developing games through the masters program at USC. I want to be able to contribute to developing games that can have positive impacts on the lives of people all around the world.Other than being in front of my computer writing code or playing video games, I also enjoy SCUBA diving, snowboarding, skiing, and trying new food places.Feel free to contact me at matthewgtran@gmail.com
