• Maintain continuous contact with suppliers in order to analyze market situation and obtain details about products availability, prices, incoterm and other conditions.
• Establish the first contact and build a durable relationship with new suppliers.
• Procurement and communication of requirements to our providers.Logistics:
• Maintain contact with 3PL and ocean carriers in order to obtain services rates and allocation.
• Organize shipments according to the incoterms negotiated with our suppliers and customers.

• Coordination of shipments FCL and LCL from origin to destination (end to end), depending of the Incoterms, for all type of cargo and equipment.
• Management of documentation and formalities required for each shipment and destination as BL, quality and origin certificates, dangerous goods declaration, VGM and customs declaration.
• Permanent contact with suppliers of transport and storage, port agents and different departments and branches of Logisber Forwarding.
• Permanent contact with customers to arrange freight pick up, to coordinate shipments, to resolve issues, and to keep informed on the progress of their shipments.
• Control and checking of all supplier’s invoices, and eventual claims if applies.
• Customer invoicing according to rates, management of payment methods and contract type.

• Management of bookings of all kind of cargo and equipment.
• Production and management of the documentation required for each shipment.
• Control of cargo customs documentation and VGM before departure of vessels.
• Application of different normative compliance scheme like Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) and/or dangerous cargo normative (DGD/IMO).
• Connection with agents and branches of MSC in the destination ports.
• Permanent contact and coordination of shipments with different departments inside MSC: Logistics, Transportation, Intermodal, Customs, Hazardous, Claims, Key Account, etc.
