Goals and Accomplishments:• Conducted due diligence work on 5 acquisitions (14 locations) and assisted in systems setup and integration without incurring any delay in operations start-up.• Performed monthly expense review with operations field personnel and worked with internal audit in conducting facility operational reviews.• Standardized physical inventory count process for multiple locations, resulting in improved reporting and count accuracy.
