In my role as Manager, Instructional Designer at Convergys, I am responsible for leading and developing Instructional Designers who design and develop instructional materials for leadership roles within our organization. I am also tasked with the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructor led, virtual, and eLearning courses, workshops, and tools to develop leadership talent. I manage several SharePoint sites to aid in the development process and ingrain it in the culture of our business.

In my role as a Sr. Instructional Designer at Convergys, I am tasked with the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of instructor led, virtual, and eLearning courses, workshops, and tools to develop leadership talent. I also manage several SharePoint sites to aid in the development process and ingrain it in the culture of our business.

As an associate trainer, I was responsible for researching new hire training needs, developing training solutions, and facilitating live sessions to prepare new hire talent for their roles in our contact centers. This involved the management and training of up to 30 new hires per class, along with related administrative duties.
