Documented existing internal controls, processes, policies, and procedures for finance, operations, IT, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Evaluated the distribution of task responsibilities in the finance, operations, and IT functions for a proper segregation of duties (SOD) and provided guidance to resolve SOD conflicts. Performed the initial Entity Level Top-Down Risk Assessment and overall Fraud Risk Assessment.
