Trouble shoot, maintain, repair and install custom animatronic robots including A100 and A1000 robotics with compliance and smart technology, cryogenic equipment,Coherent solid state lasers. Laid Off from cutbacks after 911.Duties include inspection, troubleshooting and repair of Boeing 777, 767, 757, 737, 727, MD-11, MD-80, MD-90 and L-1011 (Lockheed) aircrafts. Duties also involved extensive electrical modifications and upgrades to Delta’s fleet. Contributed to the heads up display, Fiber Optic Gyro and flame shield modifications. Received Ruby Safety Award from the Federal Aviation Administration (Ref. AC 65-25C). Delta Airlines contributed 750 hours of avionics training, 80 hours of sheet metal training and three days flight simulation time on 777, 737 and 727 aircraft.

Orlando, Florida

Company closed plant and moved overseas. (Hired on originally with Lucent Technology, spun off to Agere Semiconductor and bought by LSI) Specialized in Diffusion, in a class 1 micron clean room using 200 millimeter wafers as both a process and maintenance PA. Duties include monitoring and repairing equipment on Kokusai, Tokyo Electron, Thermal wave, and KLA Tencor machines. Adjusted and repaired robotics, optics, lasers, process temps, pressures and time to get the desired deposition rates, low particles and high yield. Provided technical expertise to the process and equipment engineers to accomplish the companies objectives while under intense time constraints. Responsible for Statistical process control trend failures and quarterly updates to plant management and engineering were required.

Performed inspection, and repair of A4 Sky hawk aircrafts. Jobs included compass swings, engine run ups, ordinance, communication, navigation, heads up display and ECM to name a few. The United States Marine Corp awarded letters of commendation for work that exceeded job performance.
