Managed the IT operations department of 15+ EEs across 4 time zones, Helpdesk, $4M Capital/Expense budget, developed staffing requirements, and served as senior technical backup and architect for enterprise data and voice network infrastructures and datacenter operations for a $1B international company with 44 locations and 800+ users. Served on the Executive IT Steering Committee comprised of the CFO, COO, and selected VPs that prioritized and directed corporate-wide IT projects and initiatives.

As the top IT leader, managed the IT department and served as a member of the executive leadership team responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall business plans and strategies for Colorado’s largest kitchen cabinet manufacturer with locations in Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico.
