Forsah TVET supports technical and vocational education and training (TVET) institutions to better prepare Palestinians graduates for the labor market, and to productively engage in local and regional economies. By enhancing TVET institution’s capacity to respond to the needs of the private sector, creating partnerships between TVET institutions, private sector firms, and youth in specific sectors, and increasing enrollment in TVET program, Forsah TVET will help supply skilled TVET graduates and create an enabling environment for sustainable supply-demand associations and meaningful youth participation.

Contributed to organizing a successful networking event, "LinkUP," bringing together the beneficiaries of the PEOPLE project to discuss digital transformation and entrepreneurship.9. Supported the Economic Development Officer in mapping potential host employers and building relations.10. Played a key role in developing and executing a successful program aimed at improving the employability of young graduates.

This program is brought to you by Safir EU & UCAS Incubator Co-financed by the European Commission and led by the INSTITUT FRANÇAISMain activities and responsibilities:• Participate in preparing the implementation plan (IP) of program activities. • Supervise and follow up the implementation of program activities according to the IP. • Ensure all program activities are implemented in a timely manner and according to donor’s rules and regulations. • Manage program participants database on Excel. • Organize and attend regular program coordination meetings with Safir team.• Evaluate ideas related to social entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development Goals SDGs to be selected to attend the local workshops under the program.• Document all activities of the program and maintain an efficient program filing system including all program related documents.• Preparing the necessary periodic reports according to the procedures of the donor.

(UNDP/PAPP) funded project "Right to Education in the Gaza Strip Programme" in Partnershipwith UCAS & MC/GSG.Main activities and responsibilities:- Administrative and technical supervision, follow up and implementation of project's activities.- Preparation of detailed and effective project action plans.- Supervision of staff involved in the project.- Close Follow up on the implementation of the different components of the project.- Ensure all project activities are implemented in a timely manner and according to donor’s rulesand regulations.- Plan and conduct regular field visits to ensure proper activities implementation on the ground.- Prepare periodical reports as requested by UNDP and donor in consultation with the Projectsdepartment.- Assist the finance department in preparing periodic financial documents and reports.- Monitoring and Evaluating of the project by reporting to UNDP & donor on the project outputsand outcomes.-; Any other tasks assigned by the general director of UNDP.

Young Women Leaders Programme YWLP, United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA)Grant.Main activities and responsibilities:1. Developing written materials, including guides and job aides for the use of the YWLPgraduates;2. Carrying out activities such as orientation days, training, on the job counseling etc.;3. Matching between the graduates’ skills and educational background and the offered jobs;4. Providing advice, guidance and feedback to build the confidence and improve effectivenessamong the graduates;5. Identifying challenges the YWLP graduates may be experiencing, assisting the graduates todetermine causes and agree on suitable solutions;6. Providing individual and group career counselling to the YWLP graduates who will accesswork placements;7. Conducting field visits and mentoring graduates as they attend the work placement;
