Inspected all electronic files received from our publishing partners; troubleshot any file problems using software applications; kept documentation; checked compatibility of all Gold Masters across various software platforms; worked with our vendors, printers and other outside suppliers on the technical requirements needed in the preparation of our electronic files; performed all Quality Assurance checks, proofreading and computer spell-checking; performed any additional related company work as assigned. Served as the company's IT Manager.
