Current- Act as first point of contact for clients via telephone, email, and remote support for all SkyHawk by Telus products and services
- Experienced in working with multiple devices such as, Atrack, Cypress, CalAmp, Smartone, Orbcomm among others. Includes programming and troubleshooting devices, as well as helping deployment
- Provided guidance during equipment installation and commissioning, including AVL installations with multiple I/O and winter vehicle support
- Maintained and file accurate records of customer information in Jira ticket system to track customer history and provide updates to customers via the ticketing system
- Took lead role in timely diagnosing and resolving technical issues relating to customer telematics system, including fleetwide mission critical problems
- Contribute to new product development and QA testing, such as beta testing Apollo ELD/E-log platform and doing QA testing for new system updates on a monthly basis
