With over 10 years of experience in the corporate and nonprofit sector, I am passionate about using data analytics to drive social impact and change. As the co-founder of The Data Bull, we offer a suite of solutions including development of alphaBI Assistant, a cutting-edge tool that helps nonprofits leverage their CRM data to optimize their fundraising, outreach, and operations. I have a strong background in business administration and finance, and I recently completed MBA Leadership Program at UNC Chapel Hill, where I crafted my skills in strategic management, communication, and innovation.Prior to founding The Data Bull, I was the Development Coordinator and Grant Manager at Healing Transitions, a nonprofit that provides recovery services to individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction. In this role, I managed a portfolio of over $2 million in grants, oversaw donor relations and stewardship. I also implemented a BI system that improved data quality, reporting, and analysis, and enabled the organization to increase its donor retention and acquisition rates.
