Successfully managed two On The Run forecourts, the first with an annual turnover of 4.3 million litres of Fuel and a store turnover of over £1.4 million. now currently in charge of the company's Flagship store with an annual fuel turnover of 12.7 million litres of Fuel and a shop turnover of £1.8 Million. During my time in both stores we achieved an average of 93% store excellence and passed every moths mystery Shopper program. throughout both stores I have an average of 97% internal controls audit, and have passed 6 externally sourced food service Audits. In my Current store I manage a team of 15 staff members made up with 13 Sales advisors a store Supervisor and an Assistant Manager. throughout my career with ROC UK I have successfully developed a number of Sales Advisors to the position of Store Supervisors, I have also developed one Sales advisors into becoming a Store Manager. After two years with ROC I was then given the role of Store Manager in Training Trainer (SMIT) and have taken accountability for a number of trainee Managers guiding and supporting them through their 7 week training program eventually leading to running their own stores. whether I was at my first site or my current site every months promotion my site was always in the top 5 of the area (77 stores) based on a conversion rate for a set monthly promotion many of these times we became first. I was also the territories Store Matter of Excellence (SME) in HR, investigating and conducting all matters of gross, general and no case to answer hearings.
