I define myself as a restless nonconformist.Consultant in Management, Projects, Business Processes, Innovation, Business Strategy and Budgeting, and Entrepreneurship.In the last 6 years, I have been working on projects that involve consulting in strategy, planning, governance, project management, and business processes, especially in the world of entrepreneurship and innovation, for small and medium-sized companies.The main challenges involve understanding changes and future scenarios in business contexts, to collaborate with entrepreneurs to facilitate business transformation.I am an enthusiast of futures studies and futures literacy, which add an important set of tools to better navigate such a fragile, anxious, non-linear, and often incomprehensible world.My background was built over more than 15 years working in corporations and multinationals such as Citibank, Atento, and Contax, where I had the opportunity to participate in different contexts of projects such as collection, customer relationship, and retention; in various segments such as utilities, telco, financial services, among others.All these experiences allowed me to develop a broad and diverse repertoire, to deal with different contexts and complexities, with hierarchical levels from C-Levels to tactical and operational managers, in addition to various actors in the business and entrepreneurship ecosystem such as entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, vehicles communication, governments (municipal and state), entities such as the federation of industries and commerce, large companies, universities, business accelerators, among others.
