As a Senior Architect and Tenant Coordinator I supervised the construction of two of the biggest malls in Kuwait, the Avenues, and ASSIMA, in which I coordinated with contractors and Fit Out Consultants, reduced MEP lease-driven change requests, and interdisciplinary claims. In short, I ensured that the Landlords, the investors, and the involved parties were satisfied with my services, handling all issues raised by each stakeholder. As an Assistant Project Manager for a luxurious 4-star hotel in the City of Mecca, I was a key person responsible for this hospitality project.
