كتاب بسيط ولغته سهلة في القراءة بيتناول مواقف شبه يومية بتقابل أى اتنين متجوزين وبيقدم للزوج المعاصر حلول غير تقليدية في مواجهة المواقف دى وبيعلمه ازاى يتعامل معاها بحكمة وذكاء عشان تمر بسلام وعشان نشيل كلمة "سابقاً" من أى جوازة...أي زوج صريح مع نفسه حابب يبني حياة أسرية سعيدة هيطلع منه بطاقة إيجابية ورغبة حقيقية في التغيير...المواقف اللي في الكتاب ده كلها حقيقية ولا تمت لخيال الكاتب بأي صلة، وكمان مالهاش أي علاقة حصرية ومباشرة بتجارب شخصية، ولكنها حصلت بصورة أو بأخرى مع رجالة كتير. عمومًا المواقف دي وغيرها كتير هي نتيجة تجارب واقعية وملموسة في حياتنا اليومية، تجارب موروثة ومتأصلة في مجتمعنا.... يعني تقدر تقول كده تراث شعبي.

As a Senior Architect and Tenant Coordinator I supervised the construction of two of the biggest malls in Kuwait, the Avenues, and ASSIMA, in which I coordinated with contractors and Fit Out Consultants, reduced MEP lease-driven change requests, and interdisciplinary claims. In short, I ensured that the Landlords, the investors, and the involved parties were satisfied with my services, handling all issues raised by each stakeholder. Proudly, this led to the smooth opening and operation of both malls. • Conducted detailed reviews of architectural design packages and construction documents for over 200 tenants in less than 10 days per tenant, ensuring compliance with design specifications, project requirements, international building codes, and industry standards.• Introduced and implemented a budget plan to ensure smooth management and resource allocation of the Main contractor's manpower to other Fit out contractors within the project schedule.• Worked with project teams in monitoring lease-driven multidisciplinary change requests while considering design integrity and sustainability. This cut MEP modifications and influenced equipment optimization and performance, and accelerated handover and project schedules.

Jeddah

As an Assistant Project Manager for a luxurious 4-star hotel in the City of Mecca, I was a key person responsible for this hospitality project. That led to the successful delivery of a 22-story serviced residence with 280 rooms, studios, and apartments within a 22-month schedule to catch the pilgrimage season.• Conducted value engineering analysis and defined cost-efficient and time-saving proposals while monitoring and managing the project, which saved 14% of the projected budget.• Provided support to Project Managers in developing periodic progress reports, updated work programs, and man-hour estimates against the project scope, applying a crash program to squeeze the overall project schedule from 26 to 22 months.• Supervised the implementation of quality control policies and procedures for over 20+ subcontractors and supported the Project Manager in quality management activities. Ensured meeting the luxury/high-quality finishes and expectations for FF&E. • Participated in vendor prequalification, bid, and performance evaluation.• Managed and coordinated with 13 relevant discipline engineers and assisted the Project Manager in peer reviews on team members’ deliverables.
