Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work through the various design stages on many projects fulfilling multiple different roles. Working on projects from data collection and concept design stages to tender documents allowed me to experience the full range of the design process from conception to construction. With a proactive and ambitious mindset, I have had the opportunity to be promoted and grow within the field, and provided multiple opportunities to successfully lead design teams. Being client-facing on many projects, my ability to appraise a client’s brief while delivering award winning projects was nurtured. My skills in leadership, teamwork, communication and coordination across all the disciplines within various organizations were strengthened, all while contributing to the enhancement of design standards and processes. In my time at Bluehaus Group & Pace, I have supported in their expanding portfolio both locally and internationally by working with international offices such as SOM and OMA over the years. I have also completed various internships, including a residency at Hashim Sarkis Studios in Boston, and have led student-run organizations having been President of the AIAS Kuwait University chapter and Creative Director of Tsquare Magazine.
