I spent time working on a small vineyard in a small town in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Everyday I would wake up early do fieldwork, I would clean vines, pick grapes, measure acidity and sugar content. In the afternoon I would help with the vinification and other cellar work. I would help with everything from crushing, to labeling and.

Managed a three million dollar property, with over 120 active members. Helped establish budget constraints and team building projects in order to maintain an incredible environment. Worked closely with both executive committees and housing associations within Boulder.

Here I stepped out of my comfort zone and took a risk. I worked on a vinyard in the heart of Tuscany. While working in both the cellar and fields I overcame massive language barriers and had the chance to do some practical chemistry in the field. This experience opened my eyes to the vastness of the world and how different cultures may be, but how there.
