Current• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process (published job circular and collect CV & Initial screening the CV).• Prepare appointment letter of new employees and completing the employee bank account process.• Maintain and regularly update master database in ERP (Certificates, Curriculum vitae) of each employee.• Maintain and documentation of employee personal file.• Prepare and maintain leave, transfer and resignation database.• Communicate with other departments for required inquires as per direction of management.• Maintain a standard format of all letters, forms, reports, circulars, memorandums according to the requirements and maintain all types of HR related files and records.• Review Employee Monthly time sheet and Monthly Activity report. • Developing and implementing human resource plans and personnel management policies.
