I am currently working as the lead Project Superintendent on a multi-phase, $95 million, 1.25 million-square-foot, 67-acre mall renovation project in Windcrest, TX. The project is the conversion of a vacant retail space into a new corporate office facility for a local web-hosting and IT management firm. It is a high-profile reclamation project, important to the local community, and involved the acquisition of the property from San Antonio by the Development Authority of Windcrest. As Project Superintendent, I am responsible for all on-site construction activities; specifically, coordinating on-site logistics, construction scheduling, management of construction staff, site safety, inspections, and fulfilling reporting requirements to the owner and local governing officials.

At Fiskars, I had the rsposibilty for managing construction employees as well managing construction projects for such clients as TransAmerican, Whirlpool Corp.( two jobs worth $14 million), Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI (two jobs worth nearly $30 Million), Lakeland Hospital, St Joseph. MI (a multi-story fixed MRI addition worth $7 million), and numerous other industrial, warehouse, and commercial fit-out projects.
