Currently supervising the construction, installation, and implementation of energy conservation measures (ECMs) at the Veterans Administration facility in Danville, IL. The work includes the DDC conversion from current pneumatic controls in 13 Buildings at the complex, the networking of all building controls, and the replacement of current building HVAC systems. The project, currently scheduled for completion in 2016, will also provide new demand control ventilation and new electric motors and drives for AHU supply/return fans, and chilled water and hot water pumps throughout the facility.

As Lead Superintendent, supervised the construction of the new Dearborn Intermodal Passenger Rail Facility in Dearborn, MI. Officially opened in December, 2014, the facility serves the high-speed rail corridor connecting Detroit and Chicago and will provide direct passenger access to The Henry Ford and Greenfield Village. My recent rail construction experience also includes supervising construction of a new passenger station and platform for Amtrak in Nevada and station improvements for Amtrak in Minnesota and North Dakota.

Directly managed and coordinated the 'de-commissioning" of the facility and the subsequent demolition of the entire interior space, which also required sequencing and managing asbestos containment, abatement, and mold remediation.2006-2007: Supervised the construction of Metro B Building, a 70,000 sq. ft. radiology and vascular outpatient facility built as part of Metro Health's new hospital bed-tower campus in Grand Rapids, MI. Also a LEED project, Metro B housed the hospital's public kitchen and cafeteria, and featured a 47,500 sq. ft. green roof, which was the second-largest in Michigan when it was completed in summer 2007.

Also had primary responsibility for project lay-out and elevation control, and for the management of Fiskar's construction personnel.2003: Supervised the construction of Howard Performing Arts Center at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI. Built exclusively for live musical performances, the 800-seat auditorium was built to exacting acoustical standards. The facility also houses support space for the University's Scool of Music, as well recording studios and the University's radion station.2002: Supervised the construction of the fixed-MRI facility at Lakeland Regional Hospital in St. Joseph, MI. The 3-story addition also enlarged the hospital's radiology and pathology facilities.2001: Supervised the construction of Seminary Hall at Andrews University, Berrien Springs, MI.
