Started as a Tech Lead for one Development team; in 2020 IG&H introduced the Digital Factory model to MN and started as the Factory Manage. Responsible for the quality of the delivered applications. The MN Factory now consists of 4 development teams and a Factory Team. At MN we are building a total Pension System based on the OutSystems Platform, replacing the whole current application landscape.In July 2020, we delivered and migrated the first sub-application ‘Person Administration’ to production successfully.

I had a Tech Lead / Architect role here, and was responsible for technical decisions made within the two OutSystems Scrum teams within Scildon and technical coordination with the iSeries team. Within the transition team, he is also responsible for guiding and training the iSeries team towards OutSystems and sharing knowledge across the teams. To promote knowledge sharing about OutSystems Platform, we regularly organized technical sessions for and by developers, and he has also started introducing a code standard, Code reviews and Pair programming within the company.
