I assimilated modifications to national, international, and regional blood bank standards, considering management, operational practices, and product safety for consistent adherence. I managed communication with regulatory bodies for license acquisition, annual submissions, and reportable incidents to comply with CLIA, AABB, FDA, and State requirements. I initiated and supported adherence-focused initiatives, including providing cGMP instruction, educating on OSHA regulations, training for biomedical waste handling, conducting proficiency verification tests, devising disaster recovery strategies, and ensuring efficient record keeping.
