During this project I successfully: Determined the Security Policy and Authorisation Concept for the Shared Services systems (ERP, CRM, SRM, BI and PI). Carried out the development, build and unit testing of authorisation concepts such as Central User Administration, Indirect Role Assignment, Context Sensitive authorisations and Structural Authorisations. Participated in Roles and Authorisations workshops with Business Units to outline the Security Concept and provide SME advice as required Maintained and supported Development, Integration and UAT user ids/authorisations for project members. Liaised with project members to ascertain requirements for single and composite roles and advised on transaction suitability and segregation of duty issues. Designed, built and documented single and composite roles for ERP, CRM, SRM, BI and PI Supported unit testing and User Acceptance Testing by creating user ids and ensured role testing was carried out. Ensured there was a timely resolution of role issues identified using Mercury Test Director for logging and problem management. Liaised with Business Units to gather information on Production end user access for assignment at go-live Produced, tested and executed LSMW scripts and for mass loads of user ids, indirect role to position assignments, mass assignment of portal groups and parameters.
