The program aims to train 75 economically-disadvantaged youth in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) in English, leadership, and confidence-building skills during at least 360 hours over a period of 24 months. As a Program Director, I'm leading the programmatic activities of the project and a team of 10+ program staff. English Access Microscholarship Program Mansehra is implemented by E HANDS in collaboration with U.S. Consulate General Peshawar and the Regional English Language Office at the U.S. Embassy Islamabad.

Providing consultancy in capacity of Interpreter from English-to-Pashto, Pashto-to-English, Urdu-to-English, English-to-Urdu in the dialogues and conferences organized as part of Beyond Boundaries-V and Sida-EU Afghanistan Inclusion and Dialogue Initiative (AIDI) projects which mainly focus on Pak-Afghan bilateral ties, Afghan refugees, economy, transit trade, peacebuilding, development, regional connectivity, security and economic growth.

As Deputy Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Poverty Alleviation & Social Safety, I worked on policy recommendations to improve social safety service provisions in Pakistan by proposing to develop a comprehensive poverty graduation policy for Benazir Income Support Programme and to develop a centralised hekatg management data system for the Sehat Sahulat Program.

Keeping in view the needs of the country, a National Youth Outreach Program by the name of Young Peace and Development Corps (YPDC) was launched by NDF and Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives - Government of Pakistan which focuses on engaging youth in the development discourse and conflict resolution processes as a policy tool to guarantee socioeconomic inclusiveness and a youth responsive approach to prevention of conflicts in Pakistan.YPDC serves as a channel of investment in the human capital of Pakistan. It prepares the youth for their future roles across different sectors from where they can contribute positively. Also, it provides a platform for societal processes (Debate/ Consensus building exercises/Religious Tolerance/Cultural Tolerance etc.), which create more peaceful societies. YPDC also helps in removing different biases (Cultural/ Geographic/ Historical/ Caste/ Ethnicity/ Religion/ Sect/ Color/ Class) through inter and intra cultural interactions.
