My responsibilities as a Talent Development Lead include:- building and leading the first Navis Research Academy- being heavily involved in the recruitment process for the Academy (interviewing, assessing, selection)- leading a team of up to 11 Research Analysts- sharing daily research knowledge/creating sessions and workshops for the team while ensuring so far everything is confidently learned with the use of exercises- developing a day-to-day agenda for the Academy- leading a team of up to 11 Research Analysts- ensuring the individual growth and goals of everyone on the team is supported and systematized- daily collaboration with many stakeholders in the company- allocating every Research Analyst to the team in which they would be the most effective
