We have delivered projects at Spotify, Zalando, Wolt, N26, TIER Mobility, SolarisBank etc.My main responsibilities are: - Working directly with a hiring managers and key stakeholders- Responsible for analyzing the best sources of candidates, advertising effectively, running sourcing activities - Driving end-to-end recruitment process (for sales roles, tech roles, etc), from job posting to the offer stage- Managing stakeholders and collaborating with hiring managers to best understand their hiring needs- Screening resumes, CVs and candidates profiles- Building outreach and sourcing strategies- Interviewing external and internal candidates- Conducting initial and final interviews- Working on different ATSs for perfect aligning with the client- Maintaining accurate and concise records and reports of all phases of the recruitment process- Working with stakeholders on creating contracts, working agreements and also job descriptions- Supporting and guiding candidates in the entire recruitment process- Taking responsibilities for own project initiatives- Training and supporting talent sourcers with finding the right candidates- Taking part in internal recruitment for Tribe.xyz- Taking active part in different internal projects
