Managed new hire onboarding, recruiting, legal, succession planning and performance management processes. After five months in position, promoted into a dual-leadership role supporting two hotels and 600+ employees. Developed and facilitated training, created and led employee engagement inititaives and created a city-wide staffing partnership program consisting of 30 local organizations to drive local recruitment.
