•Review all applications for errors and compliance issues•Determine proper eligibility for Medicaid, Family Health Plus and Child Health Plus•Maintain a daily log for all processed applications•Ensure all criteria coincides with state regulations•Calculate monthly income for all applicants based on eligibility criteria, required documentations, state guidelines,subscriber premium paymentsand related provisions for coverage•Manually enter applications into the Facets database

• Accurately enter members’ personal information into a secure system, verify entered customer and account data, maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential• Submit members information into Human Resources Administration• Run member and head of household reports on a daily basis, and as needed• Assist in establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient records management system• Create and customize complex Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.• Provide assistance to manager and office staff with daily administrative tasks and ad hoc projects• Train team members and managers on the various office systems and on how to complete various tasks and reports• Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring that sufficient office supplies and materials are on hand as needed
