I am responsible for enforcing the rules and policy's of UPS and the Hearst Tower. Maintaining a tight but pleasent environment while directing the staff to be successful. As a supervisor I complete line ups, assure everyone is at their post on time, check uniforms, assist needs from the staff; tenant's and guest. I up hold each officer to their daily responsibilities and expectations. Also aiding any emergencies or incidents, preparing Incident reports, Banning reports and displinary councling reports. Supervisor's fill the schedule, complete payroll sign sheet, relay any information/memos to the staff or property management and complete new hire paperwork. While keeping track of overtime, vacation, armed and unarmed officer's license expiration and target practice. Assuring guide lines are followed in the time of an emergency and keep everyone safe.

Hearst tower security visually and physically maintain stability 24/7. There are several post through out the building that are mobile and some that are stationary. Anyone entering the building must check-in with security at the visitation desk. We don't allow the public access to any other floors except the lobby and the mezzanine. We check all exterior and interior doors to make sure they are secure at all times.

Case management for the referrals from probation officers. Intakes for the clients, we helped get released for jail by qualifying for one of the many programs. CIC and CBI classes for the referrals and the Closet. The Closet offers clothing for people just released or individuals preparing for interviews with no dress clothes. The closets receives donated clothing to help increase self image and self esteem as a person is trying to change their life around. Workshops on conducting the programs properly and effectively .
