I raise requisitions using the HMT finance system and sense check the cost code, account code & VAT treatment. I receipt invoices, seeking approval from project leads as well as offering financial guidance to my team. I also managed my groups day to day correspondence by correctly allocating to group drafters. I was in daily communication with the critical incident response team and offered correspondence guidance to my team, providing my colleagues with support with drafting.
