I’m currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Relishious, a cloud based Customer Experience and Business Management Subscription software for restaurants. I take care of Product Management, Product Planning and Customer Success.Ideating and problem solving is a key part of me. I am inherently motivated to make things better for people which led me to trying my hands on few ideas. Prior to launching Relishious, I worked on a training initiative called HiSpark that groomed 50+ engineers who were considered unemployable to tech stars. It was soul satisfying while the strategy of a Hirer Pays model never found a good standing. I also had a unique stint with motors and drives for driving India into an electric future, which was incubated by IIT-M, Chennai.Prior to my startup journey, I spent 12+ years in tech/product development with HCL Technologies Pvt Ltd. Starting in the heydays of the dotcom boom, I worked with Priceline.com, an airline ticketing service that barely survived the bust and went on to become one of the world’s largest travel companies. My product journey continued with Pearson Inc and Microsoft Corporation where I had an opportunity to contribute to some key products like BizTalk Server, Windows Mobile and Windows Phone (that bombed!). Working with great minds, visionaries and passionate teams to build these products was a great learning experience. My journey so far has been a mix of technical, solution design, pre sales, product management and of course all the good stuff of running a startup. From having built and led teams of 3 to 200, I’m an ardent team player. Working with people has been my greatest passion. I am able to bring the best in them and enable them to take a lead. I thrive when my entrepreneurial spirit gets to work with awesome people to create impactful products.
