In this role, I served small business dreamers and organizations with affordable, across-the-board creative services from providing professional, high quality Wordpress websites to producing cohesive, branded media and marketing material. • Created modern, responsive websites for clients• Provided photo, video, copy-writing/editing & graphic design services• Provided technical & administrative web support and seminars to train clients in self-managing their websites

In this role, I led and managed an amazing team of 30+ volunteer leaders for a department serving 300+ 1st-6th grade kids and their families. Together through the mediums of music, drama, graphics and video, we created innovative and impactful weekly services, special programs, seasonal events and multi-media content. I oversaw and produced all departmental creative content (Video, Media Production, Scriptwriting, Pro Presenter), event marketing and communication (web, social media, email) channels.Other than leading all creative endeavors, my other area of responsibility centered on building and maintaining a healthy, diverse community of high school, college and post-grad/adult volunteers, overseeing all logistics in training, scheduling and providing the necessary resources for them to excel in their volunteer positions. Highlights include:• having a blast writing, directing, editing and producing all departmental YouTube channel content including two YouTube parody videos based on Justin Bieber’s “One Time” and Fergie’s “GLAMOROUS”• producing professional-level music, video, drama, and laughter-filled productions for an audience of 300+• being part of a dedicated community of people united in creating life-time memories for both kids and adults alike

As an independent singer-songwriter and owner of my own record label, I got to live out my dream of producing and releasing two full-length albums through grassroots PR, radio, print, email and web marketing. Besides being one of the most memorable experiences of my life, being an indie artist also served as a crash course in everything from cold-call sales and networking to contract negotiation and web marketing.
