I'm thrilled to announce that I've joined the More Than Words team as an Account Coordinator! It's an honor to work alongside such brilliant colleagues who are continuously redefining how brands and talent influence culture and commerce.In just my first few weeks here, I've been inspired by the intentional approach to each project and the unwavering commitment to innovation and improvement. I am thrilled to have contributed to another successful year of Neon Carnival! As the assistant to our executive producer, I organized vendors and their staff to track who was on site each day and their responsibilities. I also managed staff check-in on the night of the event to distribute wristbands and monitor who was allowed on-site during the event. I had the privilege of stepping into a more creative role. I designed Neon Carnival's first merch drop for attendees. As well as the Levi's Land marquee-style signage to welcome guests to their activation. I remain in awe watching these events evolve from the beginning footprint layouts to 10,000+ guests enjoying the event. I am so thankful to work alongside such a talented group!

I had a wonderful opportunity to contract with Best Events on Madonna's Oscars Afterparty this year. As the production office manager, I was the first on-site and often the last to leave daily. I was coordinating all production office operations including staff check-in and walkie management. This position included coordinating with security to ensure that only approved staff was on site each day. I also worked directly with vendors to communicate and coordinate with exhibitor needs. I was honored to work alongside an incredibly talented producer and creator team to bring this spectacular event to life. #TheParty

• 1:1 with Tony Robbins on planning, day-of experience, execution, and de-briefings.• Coordinate and run events for up to 1 million virtual participants and 8K in-person participants from 39 countries.MANAGE THE FULL CREATIVE LIFECYCLE OF EVENT: • Manage and run pre-event prep and kickoff meetings • Created master calendar and content plan for live/virtual events. • Create and deliver binder to Tony Robbins with all event preparation information • On-Site: Review the day ahead with all team leads (music, zoom operations, sales, studio event managers, etc). Monitoring all aspects of the event, live on-stage and back-stage operations. • Final debrief: The mindset is of constant improvement and innovation: How can we, as a company and as I personally, be better? How can the experience improve? And how do we get better and drive the experience behavior we desire? • Addressed pivotal operational challenges that are consistently evolving in real-time through rapid assessment, decision-making, and execution.VIDEO: • Direct and write content scripts for the video editing team to create video content: overview of programs, keynote speaker content sizzles, and sales pitches. • Gathering and editing footage from past events to review.VIP/SPEAKER KEYNOTE: • Handle VIP communication and content directly • Prepared interviews with leading scientists, venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and professional athletes, all at the top of their field. SALES AND MARKETING: • Ensuring consistent language, positioning, and content delivery to our audience. • Work with the core sales team to evaluate event-specific sales goals and execution plans.

I work to support the creative team in video edits, live event support, podcast research, and a multitude of other jobs. As a swiss army knife for the creative team, I am constantly learning new digital-based skills. I am so excited to be apart of a team that has an incredible mission and is changing the world.

I was given the incredible opportunity to be apart of closing the gender gap in computing through a non profit organization called Girls Who Code. I was also fortunate enough to be able to take this course at Pixar Animation Studios at Pixar. This was a 7 week summer immersion program that consists of lessons in Python/Pygame, Javascript, HTML, and CSS. We were also able to learn and try out the animation software, and learned about all the different aspects of Pixar Studios. Girls Who Code was an incredible experience, and I am so thankful that I was able to be apart of it.
