I worked at Reliable Insurances as a customer service representative and personal assistant. I was also technical support for our website, email, and customer accounts in Salesforce and Five9. In addition to those roles, I also served as a customer relations specialist.Unfortunately, the company was privately owned and the owner decided to pursue other endeavors.

When I first started at Alcoa I worked in our packing department. After a while I was moved to our console operator station and then to our line control department. When my training there was complete, I was moved to the material handler position where I operated a forklift to move and stage rolls of painted metal. A few months later I moved to the highest position on the line just under our team lead, Extruder Operator. My duties there included maintenance and operation of our extrusion die. I was also in charge of unloading our material from rail cars into our silos.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to: Ensuring that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained, to develop and qualify new testing methods, to help train other analysts to perform laboratory procedures and assays, to perform visual inspections of finished products, participate in internal assessments and audits as required, and to identify and troubleshoot equipment problems. I was also in charge of product measurement, to measure the specs of product pieces to ensure they fit the parameters for passing product, and compare them to the product blueprints.
