Helping a range of CS leaders implement and operationalize their CS strategies, ranging from driving expansion programs to developing customer feedback processes.Over the course of 15 years I have acquired cross-functional skills in management, new business sales, customer success, marketing, leadership and project management. My passion is in customer success strategy and ensuring that I can share my knowledge with companies that are establishing, revamping, rethinking or just wanting to become trail blazers in how they look at their customers and revenue attached to them.I have successfully implemented and acted as project manager on many projects during my time at Meltwater but 2 large-scale customer success initiatives stand out:- One has been creation, integration and overall development of Intercom into our customer engagement and growth hacking programs targeting over 30,000 customers in 13 languages;- The other has been implementation of a CSM tool into the daily work lives of our global CS organization to ensure efficiency, encourage strategic approach in CS and lower churn through insights.
