Led Punjab Human Capital Investment Project. The project costs 330 million USD and covers the 11 poorest districts of the Punjab to provide conditional cash transfer for health services uptake, productive asset transfer for economic inclusion and supply-side interventions for improving early childhood education. During my brief tenure I:• improved the payment mechanism for the CCT component • expedited the processing of payments to the implementation partner• revised PC-1 to incorporate learning from the implementation of the project• improved the communication strategy and implementation plan • streamlined the MIS for better data flow and improved dashboard reporting • expedited the contract renewals and hiring of human resource

Raabta Consultants provided consultancy services for, inter alia, monitoring and evaluation. • Played a lead role in designing M&E frameworks, making survey questionnaires, planning survey field work, hiring and training survey staff, data analysis, and report writing. • Two program evaluations that I conducted for USAID were: evaluation of a vocational skills training program and a media development program (in which propensity score matching was used to estimate the treatment effects).
