• Source and select candidates • Network and advertise to potential candidates • Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies • Negotiate contracts and new starter packs • Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay etc• Maintain a good level of customer service at all times• Answer inbound calls• Make outbound calls (up to 100 or more a day)• Work towards targets given• Data entry on specified database• Maintain a high level of accuracy when making adverts• Formatting a high volume of CVs per day
