Since I was a child, I've always loved stories. My family used to read me bedtime stories, and as soon as I could, I started reading novels and watching movies. Throughout my life, stories have held an important place in my daily life. When I began my university studies in psychology, I always wondered what drew me to this science, why my desire led me down these paths. It wasn't until I started working and meeting with the people who consult me, that the answer became clear. I encounter my patients stories: complex narratives of suffering but also of achievement and overcoming, of loneliness but also of love, often of repetition but just as often of change. I found myself as a companion on journeys of self-discovery, helping patients see those gaps that often remained hidden from their eyes, generating questions about what was taken for granted, opening up new possibilities where there were none before, supporting painful or difficult decisions that ultimately lead to places of greater well-being. I discovered that my work is to accompany people in rewriting their own stories, to become protagonists and authors of their own narratives, expanded and flexible. In order to that, my "first love" in psychotherapy was the Systemic Therapy. It allowed me to understand the profound impact that families have on the formation of their members. Also the complex social and affective mechanisms, conscious and unconscious, that come into play so that we exist as human beings and how these dynamics are transferred to the social environment in other relationships. This interest has led me to train as a systemic therapist and family and couples therapist. As I continued my journey, I encountered many patients with deep wounds that cause much pain even in the present. The desire to contribute more to their well-being led me to train as an EMDR therapist. This model allowed me to see more clearly the resources and individual needs of patients in order to act in a focused manner, reinforcing their strengths and reprocessing painful experiences to integrate them adaptively into their life stories.Currently, my approach is comprehensive, respectful of the particular needs of each person. I adapt the intervention strategy based on the characteristics of each specific clinical situation, taking into account individual aspects based on the conceptualization of the EMDR model, as well as systemic elements. All these theoretical tools are articulated on the basis of a perspective of Human Rights and Gender. It is a privilege to accompany my patients in building new paths.

Además, he brindado atención individualizada a estudiantes que presentaban problemáticas específicas.
