Talent Acquisition Consultant
CurrentResponsible for sourcing, identifying, and acquiring top talent for partner organizations. My primary role is to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates who meet our partner organizations' specific job requirements and cultural fits, as well as act as a liasion between hiring managers and candidates to support a seamless recruitment process. Collaborates with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements. Employs various sourcing strategies to attract candidates, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and direct sourcing techniques. Actively searching for potential candidates, reviewing resumes, monitoring applications and evaluating candidate qualifications.Conducts initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience and qualifications. Coordinates interviews and collaborates with hiring managers, the HR team and/or internal staff to assist in hiring decisions. Stays up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition for developing effective sourcing strategies, adapting to changing demands, and employing innovative recruitment techniques.
