I am currently working as a PHD student at the Laboratory Applied to Neurosciences Research (LIAN - FLENI). We are working to establish new experimental models of FrontoTemporal Dementia by reprogramming peripheral blood cells from patients. I have a degree in Biotechnology (equal to Master of Science) from UNSAM and I did my degree thesis at the Membrane Cell Biology Laboratory (LBCM - IFIByNE - UBA). In addition, I have teaching experience at that university and I took several courses to expand my knowledge and skills.

Thesis StudentIfibyne - Conicet Jan 2018 - Jul 2021Using the gold-standard method, we evaluated the role of a membrane structure in the chronological aging of Saccharomyces cereviseae. We worked with different genetic backgrounds and also with different culture media. Tasks: maintenance of yeast cultures, propagation in both liquid and solid media, preparation of solutions and culture media. DNA extraction, PCR amplification, and transformation, spectrophotometric analysis on culture supernatants, pH measurement.
