The Growth Insight Specialist works within multiple departments to build out processes to help drive customer feedback about the products they use. Gathering multiple sources of customer feedback and use that to create clear and actionable insight and feedback to stakeholders

Being the first point of contact for the front-line end-user and administrators.Be able to provide detailed notes on troubleshooting steps and resolution of each case.
