Developing long-term strategies for growth, and responsible for hiring, training, and guiding staff members. Develop relationships with clients in order to better serve the clients' needs. Develop new territory, establish new client relationships.Sell and manage services to client accounts light industrial, administrative, and skilled trades.Create and implement sales goals and strategies with branch and senior management.Maintain reports developed to communicate status of accounts.Offer clients an additional line of communication in order to address issues as quickly as possible.Assist in all recruiting efforts: light industrial, administrative, and skilled trades.Ensure that all financial performance goals are met.
