Assisted in...• The transition from their legacy phone system to a VoIP system.- Set up the port exceptions for the Ring Central access within our SonicWall firewall.• The transition from an Exchange 10 email server to an Office 365 server.- Made note of all the various addresses, public folders, routing rules and transitioned them to the Office 365 server.
