Product Quality Manager
CurrentEastern Leader for Lutron's Vive product group. Vive is a state of the art wireless commercial lighting control system that is growing rapidly and constantly evolving. Quality- I am tasked with maintaining our high standard of quality by staying in communication with our existing and new customers and addressing any questions or concerns that they have after their control system has been installed. I also reach out to the technicians and installers to be sure that their needs are address.Training- I teach classes to new field service employees, sales representatives, and apprentices on Lutron technology and Vive lighting control systems. These classes can be for introduction to the system, information update sessions, or advanced training sessions. The class sizes average 9-12 students, but I have presented to groups as large as 65 people. Classes range in length from 3 to 8 hours and employ a large range of presentation technologies.Service- I also serve as a contact for tech support of our product, as well as manage the commissioning paperwork approval for our East Coast reps and service providers on the East Coast. This includes assisting in properly tasking these individuals, ensuring they are properly equipped for the job, and reviewing and approving their work order paperwork.
