Worked for a little under a year at this position, it was a enjoyable position as my personal interests and knowledge in the Tech Industry made it easy to help customers of all walks, making it rewarding when they were appreciative that I was very informed and eager to get them exactly what they need. Ranging from computer sales to a Remote Control or Sound System, I made it my goal to give a unbiased personal process of the sale, sometimes sending them elsewhere for the best deal or product. Some disagreed with me, but it was my opinion that if you could give them really good service, and show that you have there best interests in mind, that even if you sent them elsewhere for a product, they would always return when they needed something else.

Worked for multiple years in various ICT support specialist positions. Ranging from general Networking to Advanced Support for the Technicians on field which covered almost everything. Most knowledge I used in the companies I learned on my own time, however the steady flow of very unique technical issues is something I couldn't get anywhere other than at a call centre. Also learned a lot about communication at these jobs, as the understanding of Technical issues greatly ranges from person to person, and the ability for them to communicate what the issue sometimes proved to be a challenge, you needed to learn to communicate by asking the right questions to better help both yourself and the client.
