Fulfillment Manager
Current• Maintain on-time shipments of all orders and branch-transfers.• Provide direction to Fulfillment staff.• Train new employees.• Manage tracking of Key Performance Indicators and implement solutions to reach department goals.• Prepare and deliver order batches to Order Fulfillment Specialists.• Maintain all shipping and marketing supplies inventory, reordering when necessary.• Handle lost/broken packages and manage claims with carriers• Maintain outbound vendor partnerships for freight and parcel delivery.• Maintain and manage product inventory storage, condition, and current stock accuracy in all branches of the company.• Maintain Fulfillment Standards Of Procedures.• Assist in development of new product shipping solutions• Maintain and analyze sales data for all company sales branches.• Maintain and Manage company phones systems, internal communication software, email software, task-management software, and operational software.• Communicate schedules, expectations, and company events with the Fulfillment department.
