In a community that has seen an outflow of residents and has struggled to fight urban decay, our church has acted on a vision to do something about it. We have launched a satellite location on the east side of High Point. I am leading the efforts to identify the needs of our community and to create innovative ways to help meet those needs. Our focus is to make a difference physically, emotionally and spiritually in the lives of our community.

At Life Community, I work with leaders throughout the organization to train and develop them and their areas of influence. I teach, train and mentor in this role. In addition, I lead foreign missions trips from time to time. It is only a part-time position, but it is one of the most rewarding I've ever had.

Innovation in what we do and how we do it. That's my job at Liberty. I help teach and coach project teams who are creating the innovation for tomorrow. And I am constantly finding new ways to push our culture to becoming more innovative.

Department director for all new product development. Responsible for front-end innovation and concepts for new product development. Served as leader of the company’s innovation strategy and a member of the strategic planning executive team. Facilitated regular brainstorming and ideation sessions for various departments as well as strategic planning events.

Helped create the supply chain department to improve the company’s logistics.Traveled globally to learn and train on improvements. Analyzed all supply chain components to identify areas for improvement and synchronization between facilities in the US, Europe and Asia.

Managed a department of 10 people to provide information systems and services across a global network of 300+ users. Responsible for managing application development, systems infrastructure and help desk support staff. Performed various types of training for users on software applications.
