As project manager, I provided comprehensive and complex technical support for installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of Aloha Point-of-Sale systems. This role required me to manage all phases of project development for multiple projects, while meeting rigorous timeframes. In order to maintain project momentum, I was responsible for reviewing projects to determine timelines, funding, limitations, procedures and staffing requirements – all while addressing immediate concerns or issues. Additionally, I provided on-site specialized training services for our owners and managers to ensure proper system maintenance, while assisting in front-of-house operation and report building.
