Leading a squad of resourceful young talents, I have woven Agile ways of working into our value generation process.My journey started in 2010 as a Salesperson at Vodafone, where I underwent rigorous on-the-job training to grasp the intricacies of Marketing and Sales. Understanding the pulse of the customers became paramount, leading me to develop strong data analyzing skills and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. This experience laid the foundation for my success in different geographical markets.After a brief hiatus spent preparing for the prestigious Indian Police Service (UPSC - IPS), I returned in 2013, joining the Cement Industry. Managing a team across a vast area taught me that tailored approaches are necessary for different products. One size does not fit all.In 2014, I ventured into the Public Sector Banking industry as an Assistant Manager at Corporation Bank. Through hard work, I quickly rose to become the Branch Head of Trichy City, overseeing a business equivalent to $10 million NZD. This role exposed me to a diverse range of personas and required effective stakeholder management, team leadership, and execution of technical transition projects.With a Masters in Data Science, I now serve as a Data Intelligence Consultant and Product Owner at Spark NZ. I excel in coding with Python, leveraging Machine Learning to solve complex problems. Mentoring and coaching my team, I translate intricate technical challenges into simple automated solutions. My multi-industry background in Telecom, Cement, and Banking has strengthened my stakeholder management skills.In my current role, I am deeply involved in stakeholder management, drawing from my expertise in multiple industries. We have successfully developed an end-to-end auto-reconciling product, showcasing our commitment to innovation and efficiency.I am excited to contribute my extensive experience in Data Analytics, Banking operations, Sales & Marketing to organizations.
