This includes end user devices, networking infrastructure and educational technology.- Coordinate interactions and collaborations with universities and foreign organizations.- Empower the departments innovation process.

- R&D of telecommunications/networking solutions for Plan Ceibal's computers. This includes not only the end user devices but also the network infrastructure of the company.- Network usage optimization by the modification of the networking software used in the laptops delivered to the children and teachers (end users).- Test protocol elaboration for both equipment and software (mainly network related).- Transversal project management within the organization.Contact with suppliers. Working alongside them in order to get solutions for both software and hardware issues.- Technological offer/proposal evaluations.- Responsible for all changes/recommendations made in the above tasks.- Responsible for the definition and maintenance of the Investigation Projects Process.
