I am currently working in the Department of Education at UNESCO's Regional Bureau for Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (OREALC/UNESCO Santiago)Participated in the Extraordinary Meeting of Ministers of Education of Latin America and the Caribbean'From commitments to action' January 25 and 26, 2024I played a significant role in the Education Exhibition activities, where 12 countries presented short videos showcasing their experiences in the recovery and transformation of education.Link: https://www.unesco.org/en/fieldoffice/santiago/reunion-ext-ministros-ed-lacI translated the whole web page to EN and PT.Also, I lead the development of the learning corner, a knowledge hub that showcases studies and tools that facilitate the transition “from commitment to action”.https://www.unesco.org/en/node/103086

Since 2020, I have been actively involved in more than 15 projects, which have allowed me to showcase my versatile skill set. Throughout these projects, my responsibilities have encompassed a diverse range of tasks including producing comprehensive literature reviews, developing qualitative and quantitative research instruments, collecting and analyzing primary as well as secondary data, and crafting insightful reports and proposals.Recent projects developed:1. Educação Já - Researcher: Development of a National High-school Integral Development Indicator, which aims to analyze how Brazilian public schools provide inputs to develop students' cultural and socio-emotional competencies. UNICEF Brazil - Evaluation Analysis: Systematization and evaluation of the pilot project “Protecting children and adolescents impacted by armed violence in Ibura” to scale the project to other regions that experience armed violence in Brazil (JUN/2021—MAY/2022)6. Unibanco Institute - Researcher: Create a Regional Education Management Framework for Brazil. A reference document to guide the state education secretariats in the creation, reformulation, structuring, and functioning of their regional bodies (JUN/2021—MAY/2022)7. Unibanco Institute - Researcher: Creation of a School Framework in the state of Piauí. Reference document for public education policies in the state of Piauí, establishing parameters and goals to be followed and achieved by all educational managers and actors. (MAY/2021—MAY/2022)

Scholarship in the Unified Scholarship Program of the University of São Paulo, with the Project: Brasil Migrante. Population Flows, Public Policies and State Structures (1980-2012), with Professor José Renato de Campos Araujo. The research project focused on the bureaucratic and administrative structures related to Brazilian migration. The objective of this project was to understand the complete cycle of public policies related to the migratory phenomenon within the Brazilian State.

In a team of three people, I worked for a year in the Coordination of the Municipal Policy of Social Participation of the Municipal Secretariat of Human Rights and Citizenship of São Paulo. I assisted in the process of validation and implementation of the Municipal Social Participation Policy.Project managementOrganize and schedule territorial meetings.Organize validation meetings on the Social Participation Bill with society.Mapped and updated of Social Participation meeting on the Secretariat's website.Organization and planningReporting to perform process monitoring more efficiently.Send and forward processes or documents to other coordinations through SIMPROC (internal system of the Secretariat).Archive documents.Assisted in daily administrative activities.

I was an academic lecturer for Public Management Seminars III - Economic Evaluation of Social Projects taught by Professor Andrea Lucchesi. During the course, I assisted Professor Andrea Lucchesi as a tutor aiding the students with their homework and final project for the course.

During my time in at NUPPS I assisted on collecting and classifying the Legislative Projects of the Legislative Chamber in order to analyze the parliamentary activities, nevertheless, I had to rescind my contract for the accomplishment of my academic exchange.

Development of the educational project in research on public expenditures in fundamental education and IDEB of Brazilian municipalities, which generated the publication of the article "Evolution of Expenditure and Source of Education for Financing in Brazilian Municipalities from 2003 to 2012", which sought to analyze expenditures with the management of public policies from the perspective of the efficient State.

The program aimed to integrate the student into the teaching and research environment of the university, from the beginning of his / her entrance to USP, in order to encourage students to invest in acquiring knowledge of the basic elements necessary for the preparation and execution of academic and of research in order to qualify them so that they can then carry out their scientific initiation programs.With this, I participated in the program with Professor Flávia Mori Sarti reading texts related to the course of Management of Public Policies and carrying out academic summaries of the texts.
